Orders ships within 2-3 business days. Please expect a little delay during the high order volume periods such as sales and new product releases.
SHIPPING RATES
USA Orders – Free Shipping via USPS on orders $60 + within the United States, it’s territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands), and to military families with an APO or FPO address.
International Orders –
Orders up to $99 is only $18 shipping
Orders $100+ ships FREE
Shipping prices do not take into account any tariffs, duties, and other fees that may or may not be due upon receipt and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers may choose to upgrade the carrier and shipping class after checkout, however, this will cancel any free shipping option. Some exclusion to the free shipping may apply and will be stated as so.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
As a company that aims to promote sustainability, we try to practice this in all aspects of our operations. It is our goal to reduce, reuse, and recycle as much as we can, and we hope you do the same thing too. Please be informed that:
– Hang tags, stickers, and other branding materials are printed with vegetable-based ink. We also opted to finish them without coating to allow for easier recycling and composting
– All orders are shipped without individual plastic bags / clear poly bags
– Most orders will ship in a paper mailer by ecoEnclose that are durable and manufactured suitable for mailing purposes.
– Some orders may be shipped in previously used material (aka re-used mailer or box).
